SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
Software maintenance keeps your license covered for the latest releases during the maintenance period, including new features, product improvements and bug fixes as they become available. Renewal is optional and is never automatic. Your existing license remains perpetual: renew only if you want to extend updates and support for another year.

Your perpetual license keeps working for builds released while maintenance was active. Renew maintenance to use newer builds. Expired maintenance does not turn a covered perpetual version into a trial.
No. Desktop is included with every edition. With Enterprise it runs only on your own Windows computer; Ultimate, Server and Data Center also cover macOS and Linux. Anyone can download the app and run it in demo mode. A time-limited trial license can be requested separately.
Yes. Ultimate is a site license for Windows, Linux and macOS, and it includes NuGet and build server integration. Enterprise is for one developer on their own Windows computer, with Babel Desktop, the command-line tools and the MSBuild task. It does not run on build servers.
Sign in to your account to see the options for that license. Server to Data Center uses the same service installation: replace the license file and restart. Contact sales for an Enterprise to Ultimate quote.
All listed prices exclude VAT. EU VAT numbers are checked online through VIES. The checkout displays the configured tax treatment for your billing country and VAT details before payment. Local test checkout is explicitly marked and never charges a card. Live checkout stays disabled until the fiscal configuration and payment providers are validated.
